1Days and Parts of Day
Days of the week in Portuguese are not capitalized except at sentence start. Parts of day include manhã (morning), tarde (afternoon), and noite (evening/night).

2Telling Time
To ask the time, say 'Que horas são?' Hours use feminine articles: a uma (1:00), às duas (2:00). For 12:00, use meio-dia (noon) or meia-noite (midnight).

3Months and Seasons
Portuguese months are not capitalized. They're all masculine. Seasons use no/na for 'in': no verão (in summer), na primavera (in spring).

4Time Words
Common time expressions include hoje (today), amanhã (tomorrow), ontem (yesterday), agora (now), depois (later), cedo (early), and tarde (late).
