Lisa needed to find a new apartment. She had been searching online for two weeks. Finally, she found an apartment that looked perfect. She called the landlord to schedule a viewing. The viewing was set for Saturday morning. Lisa arrived at the building ten minutes early. The neighborhood looked quiet and safe. There was a small park across the street. A man with gray hair walked towards her. 'You must be Lisa,' he said with a smile. 'I am Mr. Hansen, the landlord.' They shook hands and entered the building. The apartment was on the third floor. They took the elevator because it was faster. Mr. Hansen unlocked the door and let Lisa in. Lisa's eyes widened with excitement. The living room was bright and spacious. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. 'The kitchen was renovated last year,' said Mr. Hansen. Lisa looked at the modern appliances. There was a new refrigerator and a dishwasher. The bedroom was cozy but not too small. Lisa could easily fit her bed and desk there. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower. 'How much is the rent?' Lisa asked. 'Eight hundred euros per month,' replied Mr. Hansen. 'That includes water and heating.' Lisa thought about her budget. The price was within her range. 'Is there a balcony?' she asked. Mr. Hansen opened a door in the living room. There was a small but lovely balcony. Lisa could see the park from there. 'I really like this apartment,' Lisa said. 'When can I move in?' Mr. Hansen smiled at her enthusiasm. 'The apartment is available from next month.' 'But first, we need to sign a contract.' Lisa agreed immediately. They arranged to meet at Mr. Hansen's office on Monday. Lisa left the building feeling very happy. She could not wait to tell her friends about her new home.
