Sophie was very hungry after a long day at work. She decided to go to her favorite Italian restaurant for dinner. The restaurant was busy, but she found a small table near the window. A young waiter came to her table with a menu and a smile. 'Good evening! Are you ready to order?' he asked. Sophie looked at the menu and quickly made her decision. 'I would like the spaghetti carbonara, please,' she said. 'And to drink?' the waiter asked. 'Just water, thank you,' Sophie replied. The waiter wrote everything down and walked away. Sophie waited patiently while looking at the other guests. After twenty minutes, the waiter came back with a plate. 'Here is your pizza margherita!' he announced proudly. Sophie looked at the pizza in confusion. 'I am sorry, but I ordered the spaghetti carbonara,' she said politely. The waiter's face turned red with embarrassment. 'I am so sorry! He took the plate and rushed back to the kitchen again. Sophie noticed that other customers were watching and smiling. She began to laugh quietly at the situation. Finally, after another ten minutes, the waiter appeared once more. This time, he carried the plate very carefully. 'Spaghetti carbonara, madam,' he said slowly and clearly. Sophie looked at the beautiful plate of pasta with bacon and egg sauce. 'Yes! That is exactly what I ordered!' she said happily. The waiter looked relieved and apologized again for the mistakes. 'Please enjoy your meal. It is on the house,' he said. Sophie was surprised by this kind gesture. 'Thank you very much! That is very generous,' she replied. The spaghetti carbonara was absolutely delicious. Sophie ate every last bite and felt very satisfied. When she was leaving, the waiter came to say goodbye. 'I hope you will come back again,' he said sincerely. 'I promise I will write down your order correctly next time!' Sophie laughed and gave him a generous tip. 'This was the most entertaining dinner I have had in a long time,' she said. She walked out of the restaurant with a big smile on her face.
